The diet wants you to make a giant pot of fat-free cabbage soup so that you can eat it everyday. Selma Neel and I decided to not make it. We simply ate the food specifie
d for each day. Our basic list was:
Day 1 - Fruit only, except bananas
Day 2 - Vegetables only, no fruit
Day 3 - Fruits and vegetables only
Day 4 - Bananas and milk only
Day 5 - Beef and red peppers only
Day 6 - Beef and vegetables only
Day 7 - Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice, and vegetables only
We drank a lot of water because the diet wanted us to drink 10 glasses each day. We also had black coffee and black tea every other day of the week.

I missed a few items of food during the diet.

We made some decent meals with the food available to us. We made plenty of fruit salads, banana milkshakes, a roast, a stir fry and more.
For the first couple of days, we were both really hungry. The hunger faded by the fourth day of the diet, and the weight loss was noticeably visible by then as well. We both ran 20 to 30 minutes on three of the diet days, but the diet does not require you to workout.
We both decided to try the diet again sometime or possibly a different one. This was my first official diet, and I lost 10 lbs in 7 days.
