Fall Is The Best

Fall is almost upon us.

For the people that live in Chapel Hill, NC that is.

Today was a nice, cool, breezy day, and I cannot wait for more days like today.

Fall is the best season of the year. You might think winter is, because of the many holidays, but fall or autumn is the best season. There are many reasons that help me explain how fall is the best season, but I do not have to tell you them, right? You do not want to know, right?

Well…too late you have probably read too far into this story and now you have to read on.

First, look at nature. Autumn is the opposite of spring, because nature is dying or fading away, but nature seems to die with a wonderful display of colors similar to its wonderful display of colors when spring begins. The amazing colors of orange, red, and yellow are all around you, if you live around trees. I do not think I have ever met a person that said they thought the colors of autumn were awful or bad.

Second, the two of the best holidays in the United States are celebrated during this period. The holidays’ theme colors are also similar to the colors of nature, so how can you not enjoy the holidays. Sure, some people may have had a bad Halloween or Thanksgiving, but there is always another one—which can be great.

The second reason is not as great of an argument to why Fall or Autumn is the best season ever, but there are plenty more reasons that you should read before judging which is the best yourself.
